Teenager injured in Pakistan firing in Jammu

Jammu, Feb 9 (IANS) A teenager was injured in unprovoked, overnight firing by Pakistan Rangers on the international border in Jammu and Kashmir's R.S. Pura sector, police said Monday.

Qasim Hussain, 18, a resident of R.S. Pura sector in Jammu district, received splinter injuries due to firing by Pakistan Rangers during the night, a senior police officer told IANS.

The officer said the injured is out of danger.
