BCCI President Sourav Ganguly, one of the powerful cricket boards of the world cricket, may be discharged from the Woodlands Hospital in Kolkata on Tuesday. This information was given by the hospital's CEO Rupali Basu while talking to the report on Monday. Ganguly was doing a workout at his home in Kolkata on Saturday morning at the gym, where he suddenly stunned after complaining of chest pain after which he was rushed to the hospital. He underwent a medical examination at the hospital and also underwent angioplasty.

On Sunday, Sourav Ganguly's corona test came negative and the CEO of Woodlands Hospital, Dr. Rupali Basu, while giving the latest information about Ganguly's health, said that Ganguly is currently fine. He underwent angioplasty in which three blocks were found in his artery. Dr. Basu said that I met him in the morning and I also talked to him. He was accompanied by his wife Donna and brother Snehasish. Ganguly is spending time with his family and he was having breakfast when I came to see him. The hospital said in its bulletin that the former captain's health is being closely monitored and he is being taken full care of.

Before Sourav Ganguly, India's first World Cup winner, Kapil Dev, was admitted to a hospital in the capital Delhi on October 23 after suffering a heart attack where he underwent angioplasty surgery. Kapil returned to the golf field after recovering in a few days.
