So far, this figure is the highest number of infections found in a day. With this, the number of patients here has increased to 4 lakh 38 thousand 529. Of these, 3 lakh 89 thousand 683 people have been cured, while 41 thousand 857 patients are under treatment. So far 6989 people have lost their lives due to infection.
Increased active cases in these states
On Sunday, active cases of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Haryana, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Tripura, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Meghalaya, and Chandigarh witnessed an increase.
Can't stand the second wave - Uddhav
Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray once again expressed concern over the growing cases of corona in the state. He said on Sunday that he could no longer tolerate the second wave of Corona in Maharashtra. The lockdown has been waived due to the fall in Corona cases, but this does not mean that the Corona has been exhausted at all.

1. Madhya Pradesh
On Sunday, 891 new cases of Corona were reported in the state. 688 people were recovered and 11 patients died. So far, 1 lakh 77 thousand 359 people have been infected. Of these, 1 lakh 66 thousand 403 people have been cured, while 3028 patients have died. 7928 patients are undergoing treatment.
2. Rajasthan
The Corona report of 1872 people came positive on Sunday in the state. 1813 people were discharged and 10 patients died. So far, 2 lakh 11 thousand 310 people have been infected. Of these, 16 thousand 376 patients are being treated, while 1 lakh 92 thousand 945 people have been recovered so far. The number of people who lost their lives to infection is now 1989.
3. Bihar
On Sunday, 801 people were found infected in the state. 825 people recovered and 8 patients died. So far, 2 lakh 22 thousand 612 people have been infected. Of these, 6731 patients are being treated, while 2 lakh 14 thousand 736 people have been cured. So far, 1144 people have lost their lives due to the infection.
4. Maharashtra
The figure of corona patients in the state has increased to 17 lakh 19 thousand 850. Within the last 24 hours, 5 thousand 577 new patients were found and 8 thousand 240 people were discharged. So far, 15 lakh 77 thousand 330 people have been cured. Due to infection, the number of people lost to life has now increased to 45 thousand 240.
5. Uttar Pradesh
On Sunday, 2247 people were found infected in the state. 1858 people were discharged and 26 patients died. At present, there are 23 thousand 249 patients who are being treated, while 4 lakh 67 thousand 108 people have been cured. 7206 people have lost their lives due to infection.
