For India, Arundhati Reddy and Vaishnavi Sharma took two wickets each, while Sri Charani claimed one wicket.

With this win, India has taken a 4-0 lead in the ongoing series. This is Sri Lanka's highest score in T20 Internationals. Earlier, the team had scored 184 for four wickets against Malaysia in Dambulla. This is also the highest score for the Indian women's team in T20 Internationals. Previously, the team had scored 217/4 against the West Indies last year.

Chasing a target of 222 runs, Sri Lanka got off to a good start. Hasini Perera and Chamari Atapattu shared a 59-run partnership for the first wicket, which was broken by Arundhati Reddy. She dismissed Perera, who scored 33 runs. Atapattu then returned to the pavilion after scoring 52 runs. Sri Lankan batsmen struggled to stay at the crease against the Indian bowling attack. Imesha Dulani scored 29, Harshitha Samarawickrama 20, Kavisha Dilhari 13, and Rashmika Sewwandi 5 runs. Nilakshi Silva and Kaushini scored 23 and 5 runs respectively.

Earlier, powered by a blistering century partnership between Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma, India set a massive target of 222 runs for Sri Lanka. Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma played half-century innings for India. The duo shared a 162-run partnership for the first wicket. Shafali returned to the pavilion after scoring 79 runs, while Mandhana was dismissed after scoring 80 runs. Besides them, Richa Ghosh remained unbeaten on 40, and captain Harmanpreet Kaur on 16. The Indian women's team scored 221 runs for the loss of two wickets in 20 overs in the fourth T20 match. This is the highest score ever achieved by the Indian women's team in T20 Internationals.
