National Broadcasting Analyst Nitin Gokhale started the live broadcast on Twitter by writing from the Hall of Fame Memorial in memory of the soldiers who were martyred for the country. Gokhale and other Twitter users immediately complained about this mistake on the official handles of Twitter and Twitter India. However, no reply has been provided from any account.

Kanchan Gupta, a Fellow of the Observer Research Foundation also tweeted on the issue. "It means Twitter has changed geography and declared Jammu and Kashmir as part of China," he wrote.
