Exam Compulsory For Government Employee: Now from DM to SP and Tehsildar, Professor, Lecturer, Constable, the examination will be taken every month. The Uttar Pradesh government is going to change the system of hearing public problems and redressal of complaints/problems. Under this, there will be a monthly evaluation of police administration, municipal corporation, development authorities, and universities. Everyone will get numbers and mark sheets will be given. Based on the monthly evaluation report, the officers-employees performing well will be encouraged while action will be taken against those who perform poorly.
According to Chief Secretary RK Tiwari, the system of evaluation is already in place, but now a new system is being implemented in which the work of officers and employees will be evaluated every month. The officers will mark the disposal report as excellent i.e. A category, general i.e. B category, and poor i.e. C category. C category complaint cases will be re-examined. Category 2 and above officers will categorize a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 100 cases every month.
