Exam Compulsory For Government Employee: Now from DM to SP and Tehsildar, Professor, Lecturer, Constable, the examination will be taken every month. The Uttar Pradesh government is going to change the system of hearing public problems and redressal of complaints/problems. Under this, there will be a monthly evaluation of police administration, municipal corporation, development authorities, and universities. Everyone will get numbers and mark sheets will be given. Based on the monthly evaluation report, the officers-employees performing well will be encouraged while action will be taken against those who perform poorly.

According to Chief Secretary RK Tiwari, the system of evaluation is already in place, but now a new system is being implemented in which the work of officers and employees will be evaluated every month. This will ensure promptness in the redressal of complaints. Based on the quality of disposal in the evaluation, numbers will be given to the officers.

The new system is being implemented for monthly evaluation of office heads at the government, zone, divisional, development authority, municipal corporation, university, district, tehsil, and police station level. The Divisional Commissioner and District Magistrate will be responsible for the smooth operation of this system in all the offices of their division and district. The government has decided that the quality of disposal will be checked by categorizing the complaints on a random basis. In the categorization, references related to complaints to the Chief Minister, complaints sent to the Chief Minister's helpline, online PG portal of the Central Government, DM, SSP, SP, and Sampoorna Samadhan Day will be taken. The officers will mark the disposal report as excellent i.e. A category, general i.e. B category, and poor i.e. C category. C category complaint cases will be re-examined. Category 2 and above officers will categorize a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 100 cases every month.

150 marks will be evaluated

Evaluation will be of 150 marks in which monthly receipt of references 20 marks, marking and forwarding of references 10 marks, defaulter reference 20 marks, applicant feedback 30 marks, C category reference 20 marks, C graded reference from Chief Minister's office 10 marks, higher officials Action as 1 (Random grading of subordinates) 10 marks, Action 2 (case received in his office) 10 marks, Reference fielding status in the office 10 marks and Physical verification of references 10 marks.

will be evaluated like this

In the ranking of DM, the references received in the offices of his and his subordinate departments will be added.

In the ranking of Police Commissioner, SSP, and SP, references will be taken for all the offices subordinate to them.

In the ranking of the Divisional Commissioner, the references received by him and the officers of all the divisional level offices under him will be added.

The whole context means that if the decision is not taken within 7 days on the new reference and unsatisfied feedback, it will be considered as a defaulter at the level of the higher authority.
