The Uttar Pradesh government is going to change the system of hearing public problems and redressal of complaints/problems. Under this, there will be a monthly evaluation of police administration, municipal corporation, development authorities, and universities. Everyone will get numbers and mark sheets will be given. Based on the monthly evaluation report, the officers-employees performing well will be encouraged while action will be taken against those who perform poorly.

According to Chief Secretary RK Tiwari, the system of evaluation is already in place, but now a new system is being implemented in which the work of officers and employees will be evaluated every month. This will ensure promptness in the redressal of complaints. Based on the quality of disposal in the evaluation, numbers will be given to the officers.
