He announced that in the upcoming assembly elections in Uttarakhand, Colonel Ajay Kothiyal (retired) will be the face of the CM post from the AAP party. At the same time, he made another announcement and said that we will make Uttarakhand the spiritual capital for Hindus of the whole world.
Kejriwal said that Manish Sisodia had come to Dehradun a few days ago. He had said that we will know public opinion on this. We have taken suggestions from the people of the state. People have got the best answer on who should make a CM candidate from you. People said that since Uttarakhand was formed, some parties and leaders looted Uttarakhand. Now we don't want parties but patriotic soldiers. At a very large level, people said that Uttarakhand cannot progress based on these parties. We only want Colonel Ajay Kothiyal. This decision has not been taken by the AAP party but by the people here.
Said that Colonel Kothiyal is the person who saved the country by risking his life. When the leaders of Uttarakhand were looting this state, then this person was engaged in protecting the country on the border. Kedarnath disaster happened a few years back. Then this person along with his team had rebuilt Kedarnath, now he has taken the initiative of Navnirman of Uttarakhand.
