CNG Price Hike: CNG became expensive in many cities of UP, Haryana, and Rajasthan including Delhi, prices increased by Rs 2.5

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has increased the price of CNG in Delhi by Rs 2.5 per kg to Rs 71.61 per kg from today. In Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad, the price of CNG has been reduced to Rs 74.17 per kg while in Gurugram it has been priced at Rs 79.94 per kg.

Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad - Rs 74.17/kg

Muzaffarnagar, Meerut and Shamli - Rs 78.84/kg

Gurugram - Rs 79.94/kg

Rewari - Rs 82.07/kg

Karnal and Kaithal - Rs 80.27/kg

Kanpur, Hamirpur and Fatehpur - Rs 83.40/kg

Ajmer, Pali and Rajsamand - Rs 81.88/kg

PNG prices also increased

 

IGL hiked the prices of domestic piped natural gas (PNG) by Rs 4.25 per standard cubic meter (SCM). The new prices have come into effect from today. According to IGL, PNG in Delhi has gone up to Rs 45.86 per unit. Apart from this, the price of PNG has gone up to Rs 45.96 per unit in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. Gurugram has become Rs 44.06 per SCM.

PNG became more expensive by more than Rs 10 in two weeks

 

It is worth noting that earlier on April 1, IGL had increased the price of CNG by 80 paise per kg while that of PNG by Rs 5.85 per cubic meter (16.5 percent). In such a situation, PNG has become more expensive by more than Rs 10 in the last two weeks as its price was increased by Rs 4.25 on Thursday.

 

Petrol and diesel prices are stable

 

Petrol and diesel prices have been stable for the past week. Earlier, due to the increase in prices for several days, petrol and diesel became expensive by about Rs 10. At present, petrol in the national capital is Rs 105 in Delhi and Rs 120 in Mumbai.
