According to the Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research System, the Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded at 276 in Delhi yesterday.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, AQI was recorded in the 'very poor' category in some areas of Delhi. According to CPCB data, at 8 am on Thursday, AQI was 348 in Anand Vihar, 313 in ITO, and 323 in the Ashok Vihar area, but till Friday morning, these figures have increased the tension in the capital. An AQI of 377 was recorded in Anand Vihar, while in Ali Nagar this figure reached 391.
