According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IAMD), light rain is expected in some states of South India including Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Odisha on Saturday.
This change in weather can be seen due to the pressure created in the Bay of Bengal. After the rain, the temperature of Delhi-NCR may drop. In a way, it can be said that pink winters can knock in Delhi.
Light rain likely in Delhi
The Meteorological Department said that Delhi-NCR will be sunny in the morning, while the sky will remain cloudy in the afternoon and there is a possibility of light rain or drizzle during this time. The minimum temperature of Delhi may remain around 20 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature around 34 degrees Celsius.
Snowfall forecast in Himachal
The weather mood is going to change in Himachal Pradesh in the next 24 hours. A yellow alert has been issued in five districts of the state. Heavy snowfall has been predicted in many districts of the state. Heavy snowfall is forecast in the higher reaches of the state on October 17 and 18, as well as an orange alert, has been issued for heavy rains in Kangra, Mandi, Solan, Shimla, and Sirmaur. However, the weather remained clear in most areas of the state on Friday. Here there is an atmosphere of enthusiasm among the tourists regarding the snowfall. Due to being a weekend, tourists have also camped in Shimla, Kullu, Manali.
Chances of rain in Andhra Pradesh
Light rain may also occur over the North Coast of Andhra Pradesh. However, heavy rain is expected at some places, as the low-pressure area over the Bay of Bengal is now moving towards the North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha offshore region.
