reprimanded the petitioner

The bench said whether this is the work of the court. Why do you file such petitions that we have to fine him? Which fundamental right was violated? Since you have come to court, should we do this regardless of the negative outcome?'

The petitioner withdrew the petition for the imposition of fine

The counsel appearing for the petitioner said in the court that cow protection is very important. The bench cautioned the lawyer that it would impose a fine, after which he withdrew the petition and the matter was dismissed.
