He said that the vision of Reaching the Last Mile and the implementation of schemes on the ground complement each other.

PM Modi said in this post-budget webinar that there has been an old concept in our country that the welfare of the people and the development of the country is done only by money. It is not so, money is necessary for the development of the country and the countrymen, but it also requires a mind. Good governance is the most essential condition for the success of government works and schemes.

PM Modi told about Mission Indradhanush

Prime Minister Modi further said in the webinar that earlier it used to take several decades for the vaccine to reach far-flung areas in the country. Crores of children in the country had to wait for the vaccine. If we had worked with the old system, it would have taken several decades to make the vaccination coverage 100%. We started Mission Indradhanush and perfected it.

Work on 60,000 Amrit Sarovar started – PM Modi

Prime Minister Modi told, 'Till 2019, 3 crore houses in rural areas used to get water from the tap, which has now increased to more than 11 crores. The work of 60,000 Amrit Sarovar started in a year itself and till now more than 30,000 have been built.
