West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee fell for some reason while walking at her residence last Thursday, due to which she suffered a serious head injury. However, a senior state administration official said on Friday that Mamata Banerjee's health condition is currently stable.
"69-year-old Banerjee, who suffered serious injuries on her forehead and nose when she fell inside her residence in Kalighat in south Kolkata on Thursday evening, has also had a good sleep and is currently doing better," he said.
Discharged from hospital after all tests
The official told news agency PTI on Friday morning, "The health condition of the CM is stable. He had a good sleep at night and was kept under close watch by the senior doctor throughout the night. He will be checked once again this morning and some tests will be conducted." Will be."

CM Mamata out of danger after all investigation
Manimoy Bandyopadhyay, director of SSKM Hospital, said, "He had suffered a brain injury and severe injuries on his forehead and nose, which resulted in profuse bleeding. Initially, senior doctors from the departments of neurosurgery, medicine, and cardiology at our institute treated him." Checkup was done and he was declared out of danger. Three stitches were placed, including two on his forehead and one on his nose. Important tests like ECG, echocardiogram, CT-scan, and Doppler have also been done."

Complaint not filed yet
Meanwhile, an official said the police have not yet registered any complaint related to the Chief Minister's fall. However, they have beefed up security in and around Banerjee's residence in Kalighat area.
It has been told by SSKM Hospital that the CM had fallen due to some push, on this the police officer has refused to comment. The police have not even informed me whether they were planning to record the CM's statement or file a suo motu complaint in this regard.
Police checking security arrangements
"As of now, no complaint has been registered regarding the CM's fall. We have increased security around the CM residence," the police officer told news agency PTI. He said they were investigating whether there was any security lapse. Banerjee gets Z+ category security and a special team of officers looks after her security and even her residence.
TMC posted pictures of Banerjee bleeding from her forehead on Thursday evening. The party's national general secretary and Banerjee's nephew Abhishek Banerjee took him to the hospital in his vehicle and admitted him to the hospital.
