A strange case has emerged in Thailand. Here a man accidentally left his wife midway during a road trip. After this, the wife reached the police station after walking 20 kms. This incident happened on Christmas day i.e. Sunday.
Took a toilet break, left my wife there
Boontom Chaymoon, 55, and Amanue Chaymoon, 49, were on their way home in Maha Sarakham province for a holiday on Sunday. Both were in the car. Around 3 am, Boontom needed to go to the toilet.
As there were no public toilets nearby, Boontom parked the car on the side of the road. During this, Amanue went to the forest to freshen up. Boontom did not see his wife get out of the car. When he came back, he didn't even care whether his wife was there or not.
The wife had neither a phone nor money
When Amanue returned, she did not find the car, nor did her husband. They realize that Boontom has gone home in the car without them. Amanue had also left her phone and bag in the car. As it was night and the road was deserted, they started walking towards home.
Reached the police after walking 20 km
Amanue reached the local police station by walking 19.1 kilometers at 5 am. There she tried to call her husband. Since she did not remember her husband's phone number, she called his phone 20 times. However, no one picked up his call.
With the help of the police, Amanue contacted her husband at around 8 am. Till this time, Boontom had no idea that his wife was not present in the car. They had gone 160 kilometers ahead. They felt that Amanue was sleeping in the back seat of the car.
the husband returned to pick up his wife
As soon as Boontom came to know about his wife, he went to the police station to get her back. He apologized to his wife. However, even after all this, Amanue did not quarrel with his wife. Amanue said that they have been married for 27 years and have a 26-year-old son.
