This case will be heard in the single bench of Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra.

In the petitions, there has been a demand to hand over the disputed site to Hindus, the issues of dispute are to be decided today in the petitions filed in the High Court. An application was filed in the last hearing on behalf of the party Bhriguvanshi Ashutosh Pandey, this application will also be heard in the court today.
In the petition filed in the High Court, there is a demand to conduct a survey of the disputed premises by doing videography and photography. A request has been made to the High Court to issue an order for a survey electronically. It has been said in the petition that there was a temple at the disputed place earlier.

But the remains of Sanatan beliefs are still present there, in such a situation, the place should be surveyed by an expert team and its records should be secured.
