There is an important hearing in Allahabad High Court today on Wednesday (4 December) on the petitions related to the Mathura Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah Mosque dispute. The case of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Mosque dispute will be heard in Allahabad High Court from 2 pm today. This case will be heard in the single bench of Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra.

 

Let us tell you that a hearing is going on in Allahabad High Court on 18 petitions related to the Mathura dispute. In the petitions, there has been a demand to hand over the disputed site to Hindus, the issues of dispute are to be decided today in the petitions filed in the High Court. An application was filed in the last hearing on behalf of the party Bhriguvanshi Ashutosh Pandey, this application will also be heard in the court today.

 

In the petition filed in the High Court, there is a demand to conduct a survey of the disputed premises by doing videography and photography. A request has been made to the High Court to issue an order for a survey electronically. It has been said in the petition that there was a temple at the disputed place earlier.

 

Remains of Sanatan beliefs still present there

 

It was told in this petition that till some time ago worship was done there and idols were kept, but now the idols have been removed from there. But the remains of Sanatan beliefs are still present there, in such a situation, the place should be surveyed by an expert team and its records should be secured.

 

Survey of photography and videography is said to be necessary.

 

In Ashutosh Pandey's petition, a survey of photography and videography through electronic means has been said to be necessary. It has been said that a survey is very important to determine the religious character of the disputed site, in the last hearing, questions were also raised by some parties regarding media reporting. A complaint was made to the court on behalf of the parties in this regard.

The court had asked the media to report only based on facts in this matter. The court has said that if wrong reporting is done in this sensitive matter, then action will be taken against the concerned institutions and media personnel under contempt of court.
