Amid the escalating terrorist attacks on civilians in the Kashmir Valley in October, Union Minister Giriraj Singh said on Monday that the T20 World Cup match between India and Pakistan should be reconsidered as both the countries have Relations between them are not good.

In response to a question regarding the T20 World Cup cricket match between India and Pakistan, Giriraj Singh said, "I believe that if the relationship between India and Pakistan is not good, then it should be reconsidered." Hundreds of laborers have been forced to flee, while thousands of non-Kashmiris are being taken to safe havens by security forces due to the atmosphere of fear that has increased after the targeted terror attacks in the Valley.
