Within 24 hours, more than 82 thousand patients grew, 67 thousand people were cured, 1026 infected people died; 38.48 lakh cases in the country so far

The figure of Corona patients in the country crossed 38 lakh on Wednesday. A record 82 thousand 860 people reported positive within 24 hours. Earlier, on August 29, the maximum of 78 thousand 479 patients were found. So far, 38 lakh 48 thousand 968 people have been infected.

 

It is a matter of relief that 29 lakh 67 thousand 396 people have been cured. On Wednesday, 67 thousand 874 people were discharged from hospitals across the country. At the same time, 1026 patients died. The death toll has now risen to 67 thousand 486.

Corona active cases up 1.11% in 7 days

 

Active cases have started increasing rapidly with the world's highest corona patients being found in the country for a week. Between August 26 and September 1, active cases rose at an average rate of 1.5% to 76,431. They are currently undergoing treatment in hospitals or home isolation. It had increased 19,092 active cases last week by just 0.39%. The sudden increase in the number of active patients by 1.11% is a matter of inconvenience as the effect of infection will be reduced only after the rate of active cases is continuously reduced.

 

2.32 lakh active cases increased in a month, recovery rate stabilized

 

In August, 2.32 lakh patients grew in the country. Except for America, Brazil, and Russia, the total number of infected countries is less than the active case of India.

The pace of patient recovery in the country has slowed down in the last week. The recovery rate improved by only 1.1% from 26 August to 1 September. However, it recorded a 2.3% increase in the recovery rate last week.

 

Corona cases cross 38 lakhs

A record of 17 thousand 433 new infections were reported in Maharashtra on Wednesday. So far, more than 8 lakh 25 thousand people have been found infected in the state. 292 patients died in 24 hours. With this, the death toll has increased to 25 thousand 195.

State of five states

 

1. Madhya Pradesh

 

On Wednesday, 1424 new infections were reported in the state. So far 66 thousand 914 people have been found infected. 27 people died in the last 24 hours. The death toll has now risen to 1,453. Indore has the highest number of deaths due to the coronavirus at 402 so far. 293 patients have lost their lives in Bhopal. So far, 51 thousand 124 people have been cured. 14 thousand 337 patients are being treated. There are 5 thousand 580 containment zones in the state.

 

2. Rajasthan

 

In the last 24 hours, 1,511 people were found infected in the state. So far 84 thousand 674 people have been infected. It is a matter of relief that 70 thousand 674 people have been cured in these, while 12 thousand 919 patients are still under treatment. 1,081 patients have lost their lives due to infection.

 

3. Bihar

 

1969 new cases of infection were reported in the state on Wednesday. So far, 1 lakh 40 thousand 234 people have been infected. In the last 24 hours, 13 corona infectives died. The death toll has now risen to 722. There are currently 16 thousand 107 patients in the state who are undergoing treatment. It is a matter of relief that the rate of recovery of the infected has gone up to 88%.

 

4. Maharashtra

 

A record of 17 thousand 433 new cases of corona have been reported in the state within 24 hours. With this, the number of active cases of Corona has increased to 2 lakh 1 thousand 703 in the state. So far 8 lakh 25 thousand 739 people have been found infected. On Wednesday, 292 people died. With this, the death toll from the corona reached 25 thousand 195 in the state. So far, 5 lakh 98 thousand 496 people have been cured.

 

5. Uttar Pradesh

 

There were 5,716 new cases in the state on Wednesday. After this, the total number of active cases has increased to 56 thousand 459. So far 2,41,439 corona have been infected. 75 infected people died in 24 hours. It is a matter of relief that 4,687 patients also recovered. So far, 1 lakh 81 thousand 364 patients have been cured in the state.

 

On Wednesday, 1 lakh 36 thousand 240 samples have been investigated. So far, a total of 59,13,584 samples have been investigated in the state. CM Yogi has directed to increase testing in Kanpur Nagar, Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Gorakhpur.
