'Work on Made in India 6G has started', PM Modi's big announcement from New York; said- chips made in India will be sold in America.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Indian diaspora in New York, USA. While addressing the program organized at Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, PM made many big announcements. He said that today India's 5G market has become bigger than America and this has happened within just two years.

 

Along with this, PM Modi said that now India is working on 'Made in India' 6G. He said that India is not going to stop now, India is not going to stop now. India wants more and more devices in the world should run on Made in India chips.

 

'We will see Made in India chips in America'

 

PM Modi also made a big announcement for the semiconductor sector and said that in June last year, India had announced incentives for the semiconductor sector. A few months after this, the foundation stone of Micron's first semi-conductor unit has also been laid.

 

PM Modi said that till now five such units have been approved in India. He said that the day is not far when you will see Made in India chips here in America as well. He said, 'This small chip will take the flight of developed India to new heights and this is Modi's guarantee.'

 

India does not wait for opportunities, it creates them: Modi.

 

The PM also said about the growing size of the economy that in a decade, India has become the 5th largest economy from the 10th number. Now every Indian wants India to quickly become the third largest economy. He said that today India is a land of opportunities. Now India does not wait for opportunities, it creates opportunities.
