This is Yakutsk city in Russia. According to the local Meteorological Department, the temperature here can go up to -62 degrees Celsius in the coming days.

Arctic icy winds brought down the temperature
Yakutsk is located 5000 kilometers east of Moscow. Here the temperature in winter remains around -40 degrees. But due to the icy winds coming from the Arctic, at present, the temperature has gone down further.
More than 3 lakh people live here. It is bitterly cold from October to April, especially from December to February. In these months the snow becomes hard as stone. It becomes difficult to get out of the house. Things remain normal for the rest of the months.

To avoid the cold one has to wear so many clothes that even talking and breathing becomes difficult. It is even more difficult to work, but to run the house, one has to come to the market to sell fish.
