The court told the Solicitor General Tushar Mehta that a committee should be formed involving the government, farmer organizations, and other parties, as it would soon become a national issue. It seems that this is not going to be solved at the government level alone.

 

The bench of Chief Justice SA Bobde heard the matter. The court told the Solicitor General that the government's dialogue with the protesting farmers had not yet yielded any clear results.

 

Farmers are also allowed to form a party, hearing again tomorrow

The Supreme Court has sought answers from the Center and the states. The court has also allowed farmers to form a party. There will be a hearing again tomorrow. During the hearing on Wednesday, a petitioner's lawyer argued the case of Shaheen Bagh, the Chief Justice said that no precedent can be given in a law and order related matter.

Till December 9, the central government was on the backfoot regarding the farmer movement, but now coming to the front foot, is taking an aggressive stance. Work is being done on 3 plans to end the movement.
