Former Air Force Chief BS Dhanoa, who described Rapel as a 4.5-generation fighter jet, exposed China's claims through two simple questions. The former Air Force Chief asked China the second question that if the product of the J-20, Chengdu Aerospace Corporation calls it a 5th generation fighter jet, then why does it not have supercruise capability? Supercruise is the ability that fighter jets can fly higher than M 1.0 (speed of sound) without using afterburners.
