Weather Report: Heavy rain alert in UP and Bihar today, flood devastation in these two states, know today's weather

After absorbing many states of the country, now the monsoon has started showing its effect in the states of North India. In Himachal, Punjab, Jammu, Kashmir, and Uttarakhand, the speed of rain has increased very fast, due to which the news of the loss of life and property has also started coming. Apart from all this, the Meteorological Department has issued a heavy rain alert for many districts of UP and Bihar today.

 

Heavy rain is expected in these districts of UP

 

According to the Meteorological Department, there may be heavy rain in Kushinagar, Lakhimpur Kheri, Mau, Jaunpur, Mainpuri, Rampur, Kasganj, Sitapur, Bahraich, Azamgarh, Jaunpur, Varanasi, Bhadohi, Gonda, Balrampur, Siddharthnagar and adjoining areas of Uttar Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain in all these districts.

 

 

Chances of rain in these 10 districts of Bihar

 

Light to moderate rain is expected in 10 districts of Bihar namely Begusarai, Patna, Madhepura, Purnia, Katihar, Khagadia, Bhagalpur, and Munger and Banka, Kishanganj. The administration has asked the officials to be alert.

Rain alert in these states too

 

Widespread rain and thundershowers are very likely to occur over the Konkan region and Goa from August 4-6. There is a possibility of rain in Chhattisgarh, East Madhya Pradesh, and Madhya Maharashtra on August 5 and 6, and Vidarbha and Marathwada on August 6.
