However, the deaths from Corona still raised concerns. In the last 24 hours in the country, 2,732 infected people lost their lives. However, it is a matter of some relief that during this time 1 lakh 17 thousand 232 lakh patients were cured. In this way, the number of active cases i.e. patients undergoing treatment decreased by 60,056.

There is a partial lockdown in 20 states and union territories of the country. That is, there are restrictions here, but there are also exemptions. The West Bengal government has extended the restrictions related to Corona till July 1. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee gave this information on Monday. He said that till July 1, there would be a ban on the movement of people between 9 pm and 5 am. However, essential services have been exempted.

The country is now moving towards unlocking amidst the decreasing cases of Corona. All the monuments and museums under the supervision of the central government will be opened from June 16.

1. Maharashtra
