91,755 new cases, 1.35 lakh patients were cured and 3,401 died; For the fourth consecutive day when the report of less than one lakh people came positive

The decline in the number of corona infected continues. On Thursday, the corona report of 91,755 patients came positive in the country, 1 lakh 35 thousand 105 infected were cured and 3,412 died. This was the fourth consecutive day when the number of new infected remained less than one lakh.

 

On June 10, 46,514 active cases, that is, the number of patients undergoing treatment, have come down. The downward trend has been going on for about a month. The last time an increase of 6,399 was recorded on May 12. At present, 11 lakh 18 thousand 956 patients are being treated in the country. On May 9, this figure was at the peak of 37 lakh 41 thousand 302.

Restrictions like lockdown in 12 states

There are restrictions like complete lockdown in 12 states of the country. These include Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Mizoram, Goa, Telangana, West Bengal, and Puducherry. Strict restrictions have been imposed here as in the previous lockdown.

 

Partial lockdown in 20 states/UTs

There is a partial lockdown in 20 states and union territories of the country. That is, there are restrictions here, but there are also exemptions. These include Bihar, Delhi, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu, and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, Tripura, Andhra Pradesh, and Gujarat.

Because of the situation of Corona, the Supreme Court has ordered to extend the date of the INI-CET exam to be held in 2021. Earlier this exam was to be held on June 16. Through this exam, medical students take admission for PG courses in AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, and NIMHANS.

1. Maharashtra

On Thursday, 12,207 people were found infected here. 11,449 people were cured and 1,915 people died. However, it has 1,328 deaths as of June 16, which has been updated in Thursday's bulletin. In this, 69 deaths of June 20 have been reduced. That is, 656 people have died in Maharashtra on Thursday.

 

Earlier this has been done in Bihar. There, on 9 June, 3,951 deaths were added. So far 58.76 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in Maharashtra. Of these, 56.08 lakh people have been cured, while 1.03 lakh people have died. Presently 1.60 lakh patients are being treated.

 

2. Chhattisgarh

On Thursday, 1,034 people were found corona positive in the state. 1,858 people were cured and 14 died. So far 9.84 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 9.54 lakh people have been cured, while 13,285 people have died. 17,275 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

3. Gujarat

On Thursday, 544 people were found corona positive in the state. 1,506 people were cured and 11 died. So far, about 8.19 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 7.96 lakh people have been cured, while 9,976 patients have died. 12,711 infected are being treated here.

 

4. Uttar Pradesh

On Thursday, 596 people were found infected here. 1,231 people were cured and 81 people died. So far, more than 17.01 lakh people have been infected in the state. Of these, 16.67 lakh have been cured, while 21,597 patients have died. 12,243 patients are being treated here.

 

5. Rajasthan

Here on Thursday, 538 people were found corona infected. 2,268 people were cured and 23 died. So far 9.48 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 9.29 lakh people have been cured, while 8,772 patients have died. Presently 10,079 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

6. Madhya Pradesh

420 new cases were reported here on Thursday. 1,132 people were cured and 34 people died. So far 7.87 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 7.72 lakh people have been cured, while 8,475 people died. 6,325 patients are currently undergoing treatment.

 

7. Delhi

On Thursday, 305 people were found corona positive in Delhi. 560 people were cured and 44 died. So far 14.30 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, more than 14.01 lakh people have been cured, while 24,748 patients have died. 4,212 patients are being treated here.
