A major accident during oxygen refilling in Lucknow, three people died due to cylinder explosion, five serious

There has been a major accident in the capital Lucknow during oxygen fights in UP. The cylinder exploded during refilling at the Katie plant in Chinhat, Lucknow. Three people died and five people were injured in the accident. Two people lost their lives on the spot. One person died in the hospital. CM Yogi has also taken cognizance of the accident and the officials have been given necessary instructions. Many officials have also reached the spot. The injured have been sent to the hospital.

 

Due to the fierceness of oxygen, long lines of patients and timbers are being seen at the plant. The oxygen plant is also under pressure due to gas refilling around the clock. Meanwhile, an accident occurred at the Katy Oxygen plant in Chinhat. During oxygen refilling, the cylinder exploded. There was chaos on the spot as soon as the blast took place.

 

The Katy Oxygen Plant is located near Dewa Road Matiyari in Lucknow. There was a big explosion in the plant, due to which all the employees working in the plant were shocked by the security personnel deployed on the spot. The explosion was so fast that the shed above the plant flew into the air.

 

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took cognizance of the cylinder burst accident during refilling at an oxygen plant in Chinhat, Lucknow. Expressing heartfelt condolences over the loss of life in the accident, the Chief Minister has instructed the officials to reach the spot immediately and conduct relief and rescue operations. He has also given instructions to investigate the causes of the accident.

 

The police commissioner and DM reached the spot

District Magistrate Abhishek Prakash has also reached the spot after the accident at the Katy Oxygen plant. The District Magistrate is himself monitoring the relief and rescue operations. The police commissioner is also at the scene. The injured have been rushed to the hospital, where they are undergoing treatment. The District administration team is also present on the spot.
