It is discussed that Shrikant Tyagi has applied for surrender in Surajpur CJM Court of Gautam Budh Nagar on Monday and the court has fixed it for August 10.

 

At the same time, the Noida Police has announced a cash reward of Rs 25,000 to a person who helped in the arrest of Shrikant Tyagi, accused of abusing and manhandling a woman at the Grand Omaxe Society in Sector 93B. Eight teams of Noida Police are searching for the accused.

ADG (Law and Order) Prashant Kumar said that in this case a sub-inspector and four constables posted in the security of the society, including SHO of Phase-2, Sujit Upadhyay, were also suspended by the DGP for negligence in work. has given.

Senior officials interacted with the residents of the society. He praised the government's move to demolish illegal constructions. Some people were also seen distributing sweets on the occasion. They have demanded the arrest of Tyagi soon. A large number of policemen have been deployed in the society since Sunday evening. More than 1,000 families live in this society.

 

Let us tell you that after the video of Shrikant Tyagi, who allegedly described himself as a BJP leader, went viral, the BJP distanced itself from him. Local BJP MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma had on Saturday denied Tyagi being a BJP member. He had said that strict action would be taken against the accused and he would be arrested within 48 hours.

 

Several videos of the incident had gone viral on social media, in one of which Tyagi was purportedly seen using abusive words and scuffles against the woman, along with abusing her. Tyagi had also allegedly made derogatory remarks against the woman's husband using abusive language.
