After this, discussion started on other demands including a legal guarantee of MSP. The Union Minister seemed to agree with the farmers on other demands including the Lakhimpur Kheri incident, but nothing was clear on the legal guarantee of MSP.
In the meeting, the Union Ministers immediately informed about the problems that would arise in implementing the legal guarantee of MSP but were not ready to step back from it. The meeting ended around 1:30 in the night. The third meeting of farmers with Union ministers remained inconclusive. Farmers protested against the use of force in this. The farmers are adamant about MSP. The next talk will be held on Sunday at 6 pm. The farmers wanted the next conversation soon.
