
The ongoing third round of meetings between Union Ministers and farmer leaders in Chandigarh continued till around 1:30 am on Thursday-Friday night. The third round of talks also remained inconclusive. No solution could be found in this also.
As soon as this meeting started, the farmers expressed strong objections to the use of force by the Haryana government and the police. The Union Minister was seen explaining to him on this. After this, discussion started on other demands including a legal guarantee of MSP. The Union Minister seemed to agree with the farmers on other demands including the Lakhimpur Kheri incident, but nothing was clear on the legal guarantee of MSP.
In the meeting, the Union Ministers immediately informed about the problems that would arise in implementing the legal guarantee of MSP but were not ready to step back from it. The meeting ended around 1:30 in the night. The third meeting of farmers with Union ministers remained inconclusive. Farmers protested against the use of force in this. The farmers are adamant about MSP. The next talk will be held on Sunday at 6 pm. The farmers wanted the next conversation soon.

After the end of the meeting with the farmer unions, Union Minister Arjun Munda said, "Today there was a very positive discussion between the government and the farmer unions. Focusing on the issues raised by the farmer unions, we have decided that the next meeting will be held on Sunday evening. It will be 6 o'clock. We will all find a solution peacefully.

We will also appeal to the farmers that we should move towards Delhi and the meetings should continue, both the works cannot be done simultaneously. The government has called a meeting, we will wait till then… If we do not get any positive results on Sunday, we will continue the protest.
