America will sell the anti-tank system to Taiwan, because of China's growing threat, said necessary steps

Because of the growing military threat from China, the US State Department has approved the sale of anti-tank mine-laying systems to Taiwan. The department said on Wednesday that the Volcano system with all the equipment would cost US$180 million. This system can work against anti-personnel mines with anti-attack through ground vehicles or helicopters. According to the announcement, Taiwan is probably going to buy the ground vehicle system. Many experts believe that Taiwan needs this amid China's growing interference.

Military atrocities have increased in recent years

Taiwan's military ministry said on Monday that China had sent 71 airplanes and seven ships to Taiwan in the past 24 hours as a threat alert. China's military atrocities on Taiwan have increased rapidly in recent years. Chinese leaders want to send a message that the island has no choice but to come under possible Chinese rule. It can be seen that the People's Liberation Army sends planes and ships to Taiwan every day. According to Taiwan's Defense Ministry, 47 Chinese aircraft entered Taiwan's border area between 6 am on Sunday and 6 am on Monday.

China accepts the challenge

This move may reflect the anger China that it expressed regarding the provisions related to Taiwan in the US Annual Defense Spanning Bill. In August, a large-scale military exercise was conducted in protest against the visit of US House Speaker Nancy Polesie to Taiwan. China saw this visit as a challenge. China's Defense Ministry spokesman Ten Kefei said on Thursday that the PLA will continue such attacks on Taiwan until it stops provocative actions. The PLA will continue to defend national sovereignty and integrity.
