America's double attitude: Books telling the history of oppression of blacks are out, of course, the governor of Florida said - they are spreading hatred

In America, a dual attitude has emerged in the education given to children. Books that reveal the history of oppression of blacks in Florida have been taken off the course. The reason for this is the Critical Race Theory (CRT). In this, stories telling the condition of black victims of racism were given in books.

In this Republican Party-ruled state, there has been a ban on teaching this theory in universities. In Florida, 54 books on Social Emotional Learning have been removed from the syllabus of the upcoming session under Mathematics. The department claims that out of 132 Maths books from class I to XII, 54 contain critical race theory or other inappropriate subjects.

America's history was distorted in these books

Florida's public representatives believe that American history was being distorted through these books. In the US in the 1970s, CRT books were included in the school curriculum. This has been controversial since the beginning. Mathematics covers the logical aspects of this theory.

Children are given an education of Marxism

At the same time, opponents of including CRT in the course say that through this, children are taught Marxism, which is against American Philosophy. On the other hand, CRT proponents say that it increases children's ability to cause and fight inequality and oppression.

Florida governor said - hatred is spreading through books

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis says such a curriculum was spreading hatred in the books. Controversy in education must be stopped. Whereas the Democratic Party's Carlos Guillermo Smith said that the governor has turned our classrooms into a political war zone.
