How does this missile work?

Although ballistic missiles also run at hypersonic speed, when they are launched from a place, it is known where they will fall. Due to this, anti-missile systems can easily track them, because their direction cannot be changed after launch.
On the other hand, the hypersonic missile can be changed even after its launch. It is for these reasons that they do not come under the grip of anti-missile systems. That is, overall it can be said that if a country launches a hypersonic missile, then it will be very difficult to stop it.
