According to the report- The policy states that Pakistan cannot develop without improving relations with its close neighbors. That's the most important thing about the plan. The biggest dispute between India and Pakistan is indeed about Kashmir, but without resolving it, Pakistan will now try to start a business with India.

Kashmir was and will remain an important issue for us, but because of this, trade between the two countries should not be stopped. However, it is difficult under the Modi government in India.
