He came out of jail on April 9 for an election campaign and returned to jail on June 2. On that day, i.e. June 2, his weight was 63.5 kg. After this, on July 14, his weight was 61.5 kg. In this way, he lost two kg weight.

The Tihar Jail administration further said that he had done this weight loss deliberately. There were clear reasons behind it. He has been regularly returning the food sent from his home since June 3. That is, from the very next day of returning to jail after the election campaign. In such a situation, it is worth noting that during his previous tenure in jail, he was deliberately eating such food. Due to this, his sugar level increased. A medical board of AIIMS is constantly monitoring Kejriwal. His wife Sunita Kejriwal is taking regular consultations from the medical board.
