Varun and Janhvi gave their best in their debut film under the direction of my favorite filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari. It has been an absolute pleasure to produce this film. I am extremely proud of Bawaal and I am thrilled to announce its worldwide premiere on Prime Video this July. I am looking forward to breaking geographic barriers and bringing it to over 200 countries and territories simultaneously. Excited by the potential of this film to reach audiences across regions. This story deserves a grand worldwide premiere and I am delighted to be associated with Prime Video, which has an incredible global reach."

The director said this about the film

Whereas, director Nitesh Tiwari said, “Shot across three Indian locations and five European countries, Bawaal has an engaging storyline, dramatic visuals, and absolutely amazing chemistry between the leads Varun and Jhanvi.
