Bawaal: The romance of Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor will be seen on OTT, the world premiere of the film 'Bawal' will be held on this day

Popular OTT platform Prime Video today announced the world premiere of the much-awaited film Bawaal, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala's production banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment in association with Ashwini Iyer Tiwari and Nitesh Tiwari's Earthsky Pictures, on 19th June. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film stars Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles. Both the actors are sharing the screen for the first time.

 

Will premiere in these countries including India

The film will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in India and 200 countries across the world in July. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala said, “Bawaal is a very special film for me and one of my most ambitious projects. Varun and Janhvi gave their best in their debut film under the direction of my favorite filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari. It has been an absolute pleasure to produce this film. I am extremely proud of Bawaal and I am thrilled to announce its worldwide premiere on Prime Video this July. I am looking forward to breaking geographic barriers and bringing it to over 200 countries and territories simultaneously. Excited by the potential of this film to reach audiences across regions. This story deserves a grand worldwide premiere and I am delighted to be associated with Prime Video, which has an incredible global reach."

 

The director said this about the film

Whereas, director Nitesh Tiwari said, “Shot across three Indian locations and five European countries, Bawaal has an engaging storyline, dramatic visuals, and absolutely amazing chemistry between the leads Varun and Jhanvi. I believe the worldwide premiere on Prime Video will help us take Bawaal to audiences in India and across the border. We have worked with a lot of passion and commitment to bring this film to our audience and we can't wait to hear their feedback."
