Why is Ganguly not being given a second term?

The displeasure of the board members is said to be the reason behind not giving Ganguly a second chance. According to media reports, the board members were angry with many of Ganguly's decisions.
Ganguly has been accused of endorsing brands that were rivals of BCCI's official sponsors. Former BCCI president and BCCI mentor N Srinivasan was against Khema Ganguly.
