
President Draupadi Murmu on Wednesday inaugurated the National Law University (NLU) at Narsinghgarh in West Tripura district after arriving in the northeastern state on her first two-day visit. Murmu arrived in Agartala at 11.15 am and was received at the airport by Chief Minister Manik Saha, Governor Satya Narayan Arya, and Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Pratima Bhowmik. He was given a guard of honor by the Tripura State Rifles (TSR) at the airport.
