Bihar: About 42 thousand candidates will get the teacher appointment letter from this date in the state

The news of relief has come out for the candidates waiting for an appointment to the posts of teachers in Bihar. Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary said on Tuesday that about 42 thousand teachers will start getting appointment letters from February 23, 2022. Along with this, schools will also be allotted to teachers. CM Nitish Kumar has also given his consent to this decision.

 

The Education Minister further informed that the teachers can start making their contribution just after the receipt of the appointment letter. Teachers whose certificates have been verified will soon start paying their salaries. For those who have not been verified, their payment will be made after the verification of certificates.

A total of 90,762 posts were vacant in elementary schools in Bihar. A total of 42,902 candidates have been selected after three rounds of counseling. So far, the certificates of 95 percent of these candidates have been verified. The rest of the investigation will also be done soon. Many of these certificates have also been found to be forged.

 

Action will be taken if the education certificate is wrong

 

Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary said that a special team will be formed by the department to check the training certificates of the candidates. This team will go to different states and get the certificates of the candidates verified in the respective institutes. Candidates whose certificates are found to be wrong will be dismissed from the job and legal action will be taken.
