A 63-year-old female neighbor has reportedly lodged an FIR against Mohsin Khan, claiming that Mohsin "molested" her when there was a commotion for a goat.
Woman alleges misbehavior
According to a Mid-Day report, an elderly woman from another community, who was present during the debate on Tuesday night, alleged that Mohsin Khan pushed and abused her, calling her an old woman.
The Kashimira police have booked Mohsin under IPC sections 354 (assault or criminal force with intent to outrage the modesty of a woman), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) Case has been registered under.
Earlier Mohsin had complained
Two days earlier, Mohsin had filed a complaint against 30 residents of his society, alleging that they assaulted his wife when she tried to save Mohsin from being attacked.
