Chaos at singer Babbu Maan's show, people threw chairs and bottles; police resorted to lathi-charge

During Babbu Maan's live show which was going on after the Kabaddi Cup held in Baddowal area on Sunday, the drunkards started throwing water bottles and chairs on the police. The DSP himself reached the stage and stopped the show.

 

According to the information, a Kabaddi Cup was organized in Baddowal, after which Babbu Maan's show started. At around 10 pm, some drunkards started throwing empty water bottles and chairs at the police personnel standing for security.

 

Argued with the police

When the employees opposed this, the miscreants started arguing. Seeing all this, DSP Dakha Varinder Singh Khosa climbed on the stage. He took the mic from Babbu Maan and asked him to stop the show.

 

After saying this, some miscreants started pushing the police personnel. After this, the police lathi-charged, which led to a stampede. The police took some people into custody and took them to the police station. They were released at night after their relatives arrived.

 

Who is Babbu Maan?

 

Punjabi singer Babbu Maan is a famous Punjabi singer. In the early 2000s, he gave many hit songs. These included dozens of hit songs like Rab Na Kare, Mitra Di Chhatri, Kinara, and Mehfil Mitra Di. After the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, Babbu Maan was also threatened with death over the phone. After which his security was increased.
