The story of the Indian Army's bravery will once again be shown in theaters. The wait is over for fans, and the teaser for "Border 2," starring Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty, has been released today. The teaser showcases a saga of bravery, combined with action and emotion.

 

 

Sunny Deol's powerful voice-over begins.

The teaser begins with Sunny Deol's voice-over, in which he says, "Wherever you try to enter—from the sky, from the land, from the sea—you will find an Indian soldier standing in front of you. He will look you in the eye and say, 'If you have the courage, come, this is India.'" The teaser then depicts the 1971 India-Pakistan war. An explosion occurs in the Shakargarh sector, where Varun Dhawan's character is shown. The next explosion occurs at the Srinagar IAF base, where Diljit Dosanjh is seen injured. The next glimpse shows the North Arabian Sea, where Ahan Shetty is seen injured. This is followed by the entry of Sunny Deol, who is seen firing a missile gun.

 

 

Varun plays an Army soldier, Diljit plays an Air Force soldier, and Ahan plays a Navy soldier.

The teaser states that the film is inspired by true events. The 2-minute, 4-second teaser reveals that Varun Dhawan will play an Indian Army soldier, while Diljit Dosanjh will play an Air Force soldier, and Ahan Shetty will play a Navy soldier. Sunny Deol appears in a similar role to his character from "Border." The teaser suggests that the stories of these four will be explored in the film.

 

 

Heroines will appear alongside all four characters.

The teaser also reveals the backstories of the four characters. Mona Singh appears alongside Sunny Deol, Sonam Bajwa with Diljit Dosanjh, Medha Rana with Varun Dhawan, and Anya Singh with Ahan Shetty. The teaser attempts to showcase everything. War scenes are shown, romance is also glimpsed, and soldiers are seen celebrating.

 

 

The film will be released on January 23, 2026.

Directed by Anurag Singh, "Border 2" is the second installment of the 1997 film "Border." Directed by JP Dutta, "Border" was based on the Battle of Longewala during the 1971 Indo-Pakistani War. Sunny Deol was also a part of the first installment and is also a part of "Border 2." However, the entire cast is new. Audiences are eagerly awaiting the release of this film, which is scheduled for January 23, 2026, around Republic Day.
