Chhapra Hooch Tragedy: Poisonous liquor again wreaked havoc in Bihar, three people died in Saran; many were in critical condition

Three people have died after drinking spurious liquor in the Isuapur police station area of the Saran district of Bihar while three to four people are seriously ill. All the sick people have been admitted to the Masarak Health Center. From there one person has been referred to Chhapra Sadar Hospital. He is undergoing treatment at Sadar Hospital.

 

According to the information received, Sanjay Singh, son of Vakil Singh, resident of Doyle village, and Kunal Kumar, son of Yadu Singh, resident of Masrakh Jadu Mode, have died due to drinking alcohol in the Isuapur police station area, while Harendra Ram and Doyle of Mashrakh, along with youth from Pachkhanda, have died. The condition of K Amit Kumar is critical. Amit Kumar is being treated at Chhapra Sadar Hospital, while other sick people are being treated at Mashrakh Health Center.

 

Everyone had consumed alcohol together

It is said that all the people had drunk alcohol at one place on Monday evening. After this, his condition started deteriorating on Tuesday. All were admitted to Masrakh Health Center in the evening. Two people died after being referred to Chhapra after treatment there, while one is undergoing treatment in Chhapra. The police are refraining from telling anything regarding this incident.

 

Regarding the incident, Saran SP S Kumar said that the news of the death of three people in suspicious conditions has come to the fore. Some other people are undergoing treatment at different places. The dead bodies have been sent for postmortem.
