Akhilesh was referring to the change of names of many cities and places including Faizabad, Allahabad by CM Yogi.

Akhilesh Yadav said, "Ours is a neighboring country, it has learned something from our Chief Minister. The name of the village has been changed. Our Chief Minister used to do this work, to change the name, but China also learned from him.". When they had to show the factory, they showed it to America.
