Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday questioned the Modi government over the closeness between Pakistan and China. After this statement of Rahul Gandhi, BJP leaders are continuously attacking him. On the other hand, now former foreign minister Natwar Singh has also targeted Rahul Gandhi.

 

Natwar Singh has said that the cordial relations between Pakistan and China started during the time of Jawaharlal Nehru. Natwar Singh said, 'I am surprised that no one from the government side has risen to remind Rahul Gandhi that what he has said is not entirely correct. China and Pakistan have been close allies since the 1960s. It started during the time of his great-grandfather, who took the Kashmir issue to the UN.

 

Natwar Singh further said, 'Now we are not isolated. We have good relations with our neighbors and foreign policy is not a failure. We have a foreign minister who spent all his life dealing with foreign policy issues.

 

What did Rahul Gandhi say?

 

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi participated in the discussion on the Motion of Thanks at the President's address on Wednesday. Rahul had said that China and Pakistan have come closer due to the wrong policies of the Modi government. Rahul Gandhi had said that the government is trying to run the country like an emperor. Due to the wrong policies of the government, the country is facing danger on the internal and external fronts.

 

Targeting PM Narendra Modi, Rahul said that he is playing with danger. While giving advice, Rahul had said that do not to take Pakistan and China lightly. You have already brought China and Pakistan closer.
