
After the announcement of the date of formation of the 18th Legislative Assembly in Uttar Pradesh, all the political parties are releasing the list of their candidates. After the list of SP-RLD alliance of Congress and then BSP, all eyes are on the list of candidates of the Bharatiya Janata Party, who is in power in Uttar Pradesh. BJP declared candidates for 57 out of 58 seats in the first phase and 48 out of 55 seats in the second phase. BJP has declared candidates for 105 seats.
The Bharatiya Janata Party on Saturday released the names of the candidates contesting in the first and second phase of elections in the field of Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections in New Delhi. Along with this, CM Yogi Adityanath and Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya have also been fielded. CM Yogi Adityanath has been fielded from Gorakhpur city and Keshav Prasad Maurya from Sirathu in Prayagraj. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has been declared as the BJP candidate from Gorakhpur Urban (322). Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has been declared BJP candidate from Sirathu assembly seat (251) of Prayagraj. Along with this, the seat of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya has also been decided on Saturday. Earlier there was a preparation to bring out CM Yogi Adityanath from Ayodhya.
Dharmendra Pradhan, in charge of Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, said that the list of candidates for the first and second phases of polling will be released today. The BJP has done a lot of brainstorming about the candidates in Lucknow as well as in New Delhi. Rajya Sabha member Arun Singh, in charge of BJP headquarters, released the list with him.
