लखनऊ: उत्तर प्रदेश में कोरोनोवायरस के मामलों की बढ़ती संख्या और असंगठित क्षेत्र पर इसके दुर्बल प्रभाव को ध्यान में रखते हुए, सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने मंगलवार को 'श्रमण-गृह योजन' का शुभारंभ किया और अधिक से अधिक खातों में 1,000 रुपये की पहली किस्त हस्तांतरित की। प्रत्यक्ष लाभार्थी लेनदेन (डीबीटी) के माध्यम से 20 लाख दैनिक मजदूरी वाले मजदूर।
सीएम ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने दिहाड़ी मजदूरों और छोटे विक्रेताओं को राहत देने की व्यवस्था की थी। कुल मिलाकर, 35 लाख ऐसे लाभार्थियों को डीबीटी के माध्यम से मौद्रिक सहायता मिलेगी। जो लाभान्वित होंगे, वे स्ट्रीट वेंडर, रिक्शा चालक, ई-रिक्शा चालक और पोर्टर्स हैं।
शहरी विकास विभाग को यह बताने के लिए अधिकृत किया गया था कि श्रम उपकर से पैसे निकाले जा रहे हैं।
इस अवसर पर, सीएम ने प्रत्येक चार श्रमिकों को 1,000 रुपये के प्रतीकात्मक चेक वितरित किए। सीएम ने कहा कि इस योजना की आवश्यकता तब पैदा हुई जब गरीब लोग वायरस के प्रकोप के बाद सामाजिक भेद और घरेलू संगरोध के कारण अपनी आजीविका बनाए रखने के मुद्दे का सामना कर रहे थे।
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार अंत्योदय राशन कार्ड धारकों, निराश्रितों, वृद्धावस्था पेंशन धारकों, पीडब्ल्यूडी पेंशनरों, निर्माण श्रमिकों और दैनिक वेतन भोगियों को भी मुफ्त राशन प्रदान कर रही है। इसके तहत उन्हें 20 किलो गेहूं और 15 किलो चावल उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा था।
सीएम ने आगे कहा कि जो लोग किसी भी योजना के तहत शामिल नहीं हैं, उन्हें भी 1000 रुपये प्रदान किए जाएंगे, सभी जिला मुख्यालयों में पर्याप्त धनराशि भेजी गई है।
इसके अलावा, इन परीक्षण समयों में वित्तीय मदद देने के लिए कई कानूनविद् और मंत्री आगे आए हैं। एक मुश्किल मोर्चा संभालते हुए अमेठी की सांसद स्मृति ईरानी ने मुश्किल हालात को संभालने के लिए अपने एमपीलैड फंड से अमेठी डीएम को 1 करोड़ रुपये दान किए हैं। इसी तरह, डिप्टी सीएम केशव मौर्य ने भी अपने विकास निधि से एक महीने का वेतन और 1 करोड़ रुपये का दान दिया। कई अन्य विधायकों ने भी स्थिति को संभालने के लिए धन दान किया है।
