The Mumbai High Court on Wednesday asked the Maharashtra government to conduct a thorough investigation of local Congress MLA Zeeshan Siddiqui and actor Sonu Sood. Sonu Sood and Zeeshan Siddiqui have tried to make available corona medicines to people through appeals on social media. The Mumbai High Court in its order also said that the behavior of the artists was according to the messiah. Also could not check whether the medicines are not fake or they are not coming illegally.
The Mumbai High Court bench of SP Deshmukh and GS Kulkarni gave this order to the Maharaja Sarkar. Public prosecutor Ashutosh Kumbhakoni told the High Court that the Mazgaon Metropolitan Court had filed a complaint against a trust named BDR Foundation for providing Remadecivir medicine to MLA Zeeshan Siddiqui. A criminal case has been registered in the case of A.P.
The High Court has ordered the State Government and the Central Government to investigate how the medicines related to the Corona epidemic were made available to the artists and politicians, while there was a shortage in the country and the medicines were to be made available to the states by the Central Government.
