The second wave of corona in Rajasthan is becoming dangerous. In the last one month, the active case has increased 10 times in the state. On March 1, 1,304 patients were undergoing treatment here. On 2 April this number increased to 10,484. Even more serious is that in the last 30 days the speed of the corona has increased 14 times. On 2 March 102 new cases were found, while on 2 April this figure crossed 1400.
The state had the highest number of 1422 cases this year on 2 April. More than 100 positives are being found daily in the capital Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Dungarpur, and Udaipur.
Orders to keep 10% beds in private hospitals
Because of the increasing pace of corona infection, the Health Department has issued an order. It states that private hospitals that have 60 or more beds. In the 10% of total capacity and 10% beds in ICU should be reserved for Covid-19 patients.
Maximum 1,891 active cases Jaipur
There are 10,484 active patients in the state, that is, the treatment of so many patients is going on. The highest number of 1,891 active cases are in Jaipur. Then there is Jodhpur, where more than 100 cases are coming every day. There are 1451 active cases here. Similarly, 616 patients are being treated in Ajmer, 237 in Alwar, 179 in Banswara, 178 in Baran, 50 in Barmer, 47 in Bharatpur, 506 in Bhilwara, 131 in Bikaner, 334 in Chittorgarh, and 10 in Churu.
On the other hand, 14 in Dausa, 26 in Dholpur, 584 in Dungarpur, 143 in Sriganganagar, 92 in Hanumangarh, 15 in Jaisalmer, 72 in Jalore, 28 in Jhunjhunu, 39 in Karauli, 891 in Kota, 146 in Nagaur, 135 in Pali, There are 159 active cases in Pratapgarh, 565 in Rajsamand, 79 in Sawaimadhopur, 162 in Sirohi, 462 in Tonk, while 897 in Udaipur.
70% of active cases in 8 cities
Active cases have increased fastest in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Kota, Udaipur, Rajsamand, Dungarpur, and Bhilwara. These 8 cities account for 70% of the total cases of patients across the state.
