89,000 cases were reported in 24 hours, just 9,000 less than the first peak; 713 infected deaths in one day

The condition of corona infection in the country is becoming frightening. In the last 24 hours, 89,019 new patients have been found. In comparison, only 44,176 infected people have been cured, while 713 people have died due to this epidemic. There has been an increase of 44,123 in the number of active cases, ie, patients undergoing treatment. The number of people infected in one day is just 9,000 from the first peak. Earlier, on September 16, the maximum number of 97,860 patients was found, after which the figure started to decrease.

 

So far, about 1.24 crore people in the country have been affected by this epidemic. About 1.15 crore have been cured. 1.64 lakhs have lost their lives. 6.55 lakh people are undergoing treatment. These figures are taken from covid19india.org.

Because of the increasing cases of Corona, a PIL has been filed in the Bombay High Court. In this, people above 75 years of age, people with disabilities, and those unable to get out of bed, have been asked to go home and apply the Covid-19 vaccine. The petitioner is requested by the court to direct the Center, the Government of Maharashtra, and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in this regard.

 

13 students and two staff members of St Stephen's College, Delhi University, are corona positive. According to sources, these people went on Dalhousie Trip. On returning from there, they were found positive.

1. Maharashtra

 

47,913 new patients were found here on Friday. 24,126 patients recovered and 481 died. So far, 29.04 lakh people have been affected by the epidemic in the state. Of these, 24.57 lakh people have recovered, while 55,379 have died. Currently, about 3.90 lakh people are being treated here.

 

2. Punjab

 

2,873 new patients were found here on Friday. 2,002 recovered, while 57 died. So far, 2.45 lakh people have been affected by the epidemic in the state. Of these, 2.13 lakh have been cured, while 6,983 have died. Currently, 25,458 people are undergoing treatment.

 

3. Delhi

 

There were 3,594 new cases here on Friday. 2,084 patients recovered and 14 infected died. So far, 6.68 lakh people have been affected by the epidemic, 6.45 lakh have been cured and 11,050 have lost their lives. Currently, 11,994 are undergoing treatment.

 

4. Madhya Pradesh

 

On Friday, 2,777 new patients were found. 1,482 people recovered, while 16 died. So far 3 lakh people have been affected by this epidemic in the state. Of these, 2.77 lakh have been cured, while 4,014 have died. Currently, 19,336 people are undergoing treatment.

 

5. Gujarat

 

On Friday, 2,640 new corona patients were found. 2,066 patients recovered, while 11 died. So far, 3.12 lakh people have been affected by the epidemic in the state. Of these, 2.94 lakh have been cured, while 4,539 patients have died and currently 13,559 people are undergoing treatment.

 

6. Rajasthan

 

1,422 infected were identified here on Friday. 499 patients recovered and 2 people died. So far, 3.36 lakh patients have been affected by the epidemic in the state. Of these, 3.22 lakh have been cured, while 2,824 have lost their lives. Currently, 10,484 patients are undergoing treatment.
