Corona has become uncontrollable in the country. More than 2 lakhs are getting infected every day. The public is scared. Governments are advising people to adopt social distancing and wear masks, but in the name of the election campaign, they are seen to be flouting these rules. In the next eight days alone, 6 rallies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, 10 of Home Minister Amit Shah, and 17 of Mamata Banerjee are to be held in West Bengal alone.

The fatal results of these crowded meetings are also coming out. Corona infection has increased by 2600% since the election campaign began. We are going to present some figures before you. Seeing this, you can understand who and how people are responsible for the worsening situation in West Bengal, Assam, Kerala, Puducherry, and Tamil Nadu?

West Bengal: Number of patients reached from 1200 to 33 thousand; The rallies haven't stopped yet

In 5 states, now only West Bengal is left where three phases of elections are yet to be done. Prime Minister Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee are holding rallies. There is a crowd of millions in these rallies. 90% of people are without masks. Social distancing is not even mentioned.

Within the next 8 days of Modi, 6 rallies are to be held here, 10 by Amit Shah and 17 by Mamta Banerjee. Apart from this, there is no count of meetings and meetings of other leaders. Now, look at the graph of the corona. Election dates were announced on 26 February. Since that day, the speed of Corona has increased by 2663%. These growth rates have been derived based on the total data of Corona found in 7 days from 26 February to 4 March and this week i.e. between 10 and 16 April. 1205 patients were found between 26 February and 4 March, while 33,297 patients were identified between 10 and 16 April.

Kerala: Corona's old records were broken as soon as the elections were over

Here on April 6, the election noise ceased, but now Corona is in a tizzy. As long as there was an election here, the leaders rallied a lot. A large crowd gathered in the meetings. Now its result is coming. In the last week, a record of 47,128 new patients has been found here. The problem is that now there is a crisis of beds, oxygen, and ventilator. Neither the government here paid attention to it nor the central government until the election. The result is in front of you all.

Tamil Nadu: Election meetings result, patients increase from 2 thousand to 44 thousand

Even before the election dates were announced, there were a lot of election campaigns. Due to this, the speed of Corona has increased by 1450% since 26 February. Even though the results of the election have not come in these 6 weeks, the results of the rallies and public meetings for it are visible. In February, about 2 thousand patients were found every 7 days, now it has increased directly to 44 thousand.

Assam: In the first week only 95 patients were found, now around 3 thousand are coming.

Elections were held here in three phases. On 27 March, 1, and 6 April, people cast their votes. Prime Minister Modi, Home Minister Shah, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi all rallied a lot. As a result, in February, where only 95 Corona patients were being received within 7 days, now there are 2,982 cases a week. If you believe the figures, then it seems that this is just the beginning. The crowd that reached the rallies, the real impact will be seen in the coming days.

Puducherry: Safe due to low population, but election rallies drown it

Puducherry was much safer than Corona earlier than the rest of the country due to its low population. Roughly 10 to 20 cases used to come every day, but after the election rallies, more than 500 people are getting infected every day. The speed of Corona has increased by 2638% here. This is when most of the election rallies here have seen Covid following the rules well. Except for one or two meetings, most of the people were seen with masks.
