The Chinese company was on the radar of Indian security agencies
According to sources, India-based companies of Vivo Mobile Communications had come under the radar of Indian agencies for alleged financial irregularities during the investigation of other Chinese firms. The Corporate Affairs Ministry was also alert about the irregularities in the financial matters of the company. In April this year, the ministry was asked to investigate irregularities in ownership and financial reporting against Vivo company.

The Chinese government has always asked Chinese companies to comply with laws and regulations when doing business abroad. We also strongly cooperate with Chinese companies in protecting their legitimate rights and interests.
