At the same time, the number of active cases i.e. patients undergoing treatment has decreased as compared to the previous day. Active cases in the country are 1,39,158. Last day, 17,788 people have also recovered from Corona. Earlier on Tuesday, 18,313 cases were found and 57 people died.
At the same time, 1066 new infected have been found in the country's capital Delhi on Wednesday. 2 patients have died here, while 687 people have been cured. Earlier on June 29, 1109, new cases were found here. On Tuesday, 781 new infections were confirmed.
Highest positivity rate in Meghalaya
Talking about the states with the highest number of infected, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and West Bengal are on top. More than 1 thousand cases are coming here daily. At the same time, Meghalaya recorded the highest positivity rate of 22.88% on Wednesday. Only 97 cases have been found here on the last day. Himachal ranks second with a 15.86% positivity rate. 916 new cases were registered here.
